About Us
Biscayne Marketing was launched in 1992 to support the call center needs of our contact lens retail business, one of the largest in the country. As the business grew, we realized our need for talented, dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from catalog sales.

From humble beginnings – one computer and one phone in one location – grew an operation that now has 240-seat facilities in Valley Stream, NY, and Boca Raton, FL and a new facility in St. Lucia. The services we offer have grown from inbound catalog sales to:
